8th of March – CEBAT S.p.A., a leading service provider for electrical power networks and utility infrastructure, today announced that it has acquired Giubergia & Armando S.r.l., (\u201cGiubergia\u201d), a maintenance service provider for medium and low voltage (\u201cMV\/LV\u201d) electrical infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Giubergia, formerly part of the PSC Group and Alpitel S.p.A., is a key service partner for utilities in the Piedmont region, providing a wide range of MV\/LV maintenance and upgrade services to the electrical grid necessary for enabling the energy transition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
With a solid backlog of long-term framework agreements, Giubergia brings complementary geographical presence, a strong execution track record and a reputable and experienced workforce to CEBAT. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
